*Using this post code will lead you on to a lane. On the righthand side coming up the lane you will pass a few houses until you see a small layby with a park bench and a poo bin. There is plenty of spaces to park here and it's free.
Easy walk along sandy and dirt tracks with one fairly steep hill.
There is a small stream that you come across on the walk where the dogs can have a paddle.
Yes, at the beginning/end of the walk
This is a RSPB area where you can spot many species of birds- Yellowhammer, Tree pipit, Dartford Warbler, Nightjar, Stone chat and many more.
This is a nice easy walk and extremely quiet surrounded by gorse.
You can extend this walk by following other signposted routes.
Beware ,as this heathland is used for grazing cattle, however when we were there we didn’t see any.
