We passed at least three pubs, the start of the walk is ok for off lead time if you don't have a swimmer. But after roughly the first quarter there are sheep and roads to watch out for. The parking was really easy but we didn't find a poo bin.
Quite muddy but low elevation.
Loads of streams and a reservoir. We did see warning signs for blue green algea on the reservoir side.

Route goes past several pubs and the views of the reservoir are nice.
It was a good circular walk to explore. I do think we went a little wrong at one point but we managed to find our way back onto the designated path. We passed at least three pubs and had it not been breakfast time we would have definitely stopped at one of them.
