There are two car parks, both off High Elms Road Main car park
Mostly flat with some hilly trails, but very easy to walk around.
No water here
Mostly located by the car park and the main facilities. Once you take the trails, you won't see any poo bins.
250 acres of countryside to explore combined with a 150-acre golf course, which together form the High Elms Estate, originally the country home of the Lubbock family. Visitors to the estate can enjoy the woodlands, nature centre, ice well, formal gardens and wildflower meadows. The site is also home to BEECHE (Bromley Environmental Education Centre at High Elms) which is a sustainable education and visitor centre with a café and two large multi-functional rooms for use by community groups, local businesses and schools.
Very enjoyable walk. As soon you arrive, just by the main car park, there is an entrance to the park. There you will notice what probably is the busiest part of the park, with large open fields, café, toilets and where you will see the majority of people. Once you follow one of the trails, then you will encounter a more quiet walk. Lots of shaded areas, what was good for Maple, as we visited the park on a very warm day. It was also easy to go around with clear signage giving the directions to the different routes of the park. The park is very vast, and we managed to cover only a small part of it, but definitely worth going back to explore new areas of the park.
