The lake at the end of the walk is dog friendly for a paddle. There are geese and other water birds in the lake too.
Bins at the start of the walk with the amenities.
The feature is the beautiful forest itself!
What a relaxed, beautiful walk. Clearly signposted, well maintained path ways and gorgeous forest. Pathways at points are shared with bikers so need to mindful of off lead dogs but everyone very respectful. Once out in the forest very quiet, busier nearer the lake and carpark. Great little cafe on site too, even doggy ice creams!
