Two car parks - I parked in the first one you come to on your left after crossing the A27. Space for about 10 cars here. There is a second one further up the hill, but has horrible tight bollards to prevent wide cars going through - fine for smaller cars but I gave that a miss., they're really not far apart so no trouble trying either.
Grassy, chalky and muddy paths. No stiles, some gates. Some steep, and stepped sections and some very narrow overgrown pathways.
No water here
Bins in both car parks
Great views over to the Lancing College Chapel which stands out in the distance!
Parking in the bottom car park I followed the path going up the hill, before veering off on the left fork going down the hill. This takes you down some steps and along the lower face of the hill. AS you get to the woods at the end there's a few different paths, but I just kept heading up the steep route and eventually cam out on to a small open plain just past the top car park, so it's a straight forward walk back along the top to the car.
Strangely peaceful despite the traffic noise which you tune out to after a while, and far reaching views makes for a nice quick walk somewhere a little different.
