From the main road, there is a small track signposted as Bury Hill Fisheries, and about 200yrds up there's a good sized car park. Free, 2m barrier.
Woodland trails mainly, some narrow and some steep sections with large steps. No stiles, quite hilly.
No water here
By the car park, and also at the top of the green area.

Straight out the car park was the trickiest bit for me as seemed like infinite criss-crossing paths!
In general we just went as straight forward as we could, before a larger path led off to the left, and this led through some woodland and ultimately down to a large grassed area.
Heading through this area with lots of other dogs and people sat around, we walked right up the hill at the end, and kept going up whenever there was a choice, which leads to a nicer, wider path running along the peak of the hill.
In summer with all the leaves mostly the views are blocked by the trees but you do get some openings through, but keep walking this path right and it leads to the temple where there are some larger clearings and you can see for miles.
From there, it's a pretty steep and stepped clamber back down the hill to rejoin the start of the route and back to the car.
