Unusually for an out-of-the-way route the parking is great, on Church Lane just before the church there's a free short stay car park with lots of spaces
Slightly hilly but not too bad, mainly grassy muddy paths which were quite boggy when we went. No stiles, couple of narrow gates though
Great little stream section with running water and great access for dogs to splash
Poo bin at the entrance to the car park
Follow Church Lane past the church and along the pretty tree lined road, and before you get to Lunce's Hall there's a kissing gate on your right. We followed this route straight along, keeping left at the fork and takes you through a large field, which eventually goes into the little woodland where the bridge and stream are.
Crossing the bridge we went straight over the next field - we actually intended to do a longer walk but paths aren't particularly signposted very well and ended uo just walking round a couple of fields which ended up back at the bridge so we just came back the way we came. It was a decent walk distance in itself but are further routes to explore if you can navigate the signs and paths better that us!
The fields are nice and vast and just grass with no sign of being used by livestock or crops - although adjacent fields do have sheep and horses in. We saw a couple of other walkers but overall nice and quiet and a great space for Hank to really stretch his legs off lead!
