No formal parking so you need to park off the roads nearby. It's not too far from the station though so watch out as many areas have permit only. I parked on the road just past the industrial park on Natt's Lane which is only a short walk from the park entrance route.
Very flat walk, mainly muddy woodland paths and grassy field routes. Can be boggy in wetter seasons, and if you venture into the woods more it is a bit bumpier but not hilly at all.
As you enter the woods from the main access path, after as short distance there is a left turn off to the fields, at the far end of this first field there is a stream that runs adjacent to it, but only a couple of overgrown accesss points so not particularly a feature here.
No bins here
Close to the station, Station Road Skate park and the Billingshurst Tennis Club.
I parked in Natt's Lane, and if you head back up towards Marringdean Road the Public Footpath sign indicates the entrance route on the opposite side of the roundabout. From here the path is a good 5 minute walk before you actually get into the woods.
Once you're beyond the metal fenced path there's two options really depending on what you want to do, if you head left you can go around some nice open fields, or you can head straight on or right to explore the woodlands which are bigger than you may first think. Or you can do both for a longer walk and it's easy to navigate your way around.
Being so close to the residential areas it's fairly busy as you'd expect - with other walkers and children cycling and building dens but there are lots of open areas too so Hank still had a good run around. It's especially good for puppies here, having a mix of different environments and socialising too
