I parked at St Peters Church car park which leads directly onto to pathway to start the route.
Small, fairly gentle slope back up to the car park at the end but other than that a pretty flat walk. Muddy woodland paths and field paths for the main, can be boggy and are some narrow foot-bridges. No stiles.
Couple of small sections of shallow streams.
No bins here.

If you walk past the church the path to the right takes you past Woodmancote place, and through the gate into the field paths. I kept left where the signs led me, and left again alongside the fence line when you get to the small woodland section which takes you alongside the small stream. Exiting the woodlands through the gate at the far side I headed straight over alongside the sheep field, which starts a small loop so if you head right past the field, then right again past the woodland you come to a large open field, and soon there's another right which leads you back to the path you came in on.
This is a really pleasant area of English countryside and I really liked the walk, but for Hank and most dogs it was lead-on for the vast majority. The first part has lots of signs to keep dogs on leads, and whilst I didn't see any today I have been here before and there were hundreds of deer! It's lovely to see, but I wouldn't want Hank off the lead anywhere near them! Once you're out of the gated private woodland it's a bit more open so would be off-lead opportunities, but even though you don't walk through any grazing pastures, sheep fields do line the path at points and also can be used by horses so just be aware. A nice quiet walk though so if you're happy with mainly lead time I'd recommend.
